Casa Deo Projects Co-operative Limited (Reg no 2021 / 600722 / 24 ) is a South African-based business that specializes in projects relating to alternative energy solutions or any other alternative solutions that are currently utilized by the public.

Our main objective is to develop and implement sustainable solutions that will not only reduce carbon emissions but also contribute to the overall well-being of our planet at affordable prices. South Africa currently are under enormous pressure to provide sustainable electricity through ESCOM.

Our First Project: Gravigem

Gravigem is a stand-alone power generation system that utilizes the power of gravity to generate electricity. Unlike conventional generators that use petrol or diesel, Gravigem is powered by an endless, reliable, and renewable energy source - gravity.
Some might say that this is a perpetual motion machine which is impossible due to the conservation of energy principle. However, our technology is based on a gravity-based regenerative braking system, which is already being used in several applications around the world.

Our system is unique in that it uses water as its substrate to make Gravigem work. This gives it a significant advantage over other gravity-based systems because of the properties of water and its ease of use and recycling. While some might want to classify our system as hydro-based, this would be a misnomer. Gravigem is a gravity-based system that uses regenerative braking to generate power.

The LKAB system in Sweden is an excellent example of a gravity-based regenerative braking system currently in operation. The iron ore train traveling down a slope from the mountains to the sea generates more than 15Kv of power, which is used to power the entire mine, a railway network of 500km, and a small town.

To become a member of our cooperative, you must share our vision and commitment to alternative energy solutions and sustainable development. The Board is elected and appointed by the members of the Co-op.

Our membership requirements are straightforward:

Share our vision and mission statement.
Purchase at least one share in our cooperative. The cost of one share is only ZAR R1.00.
Attend at least one of our general meetings.

As a member of our cooperative, you will have a say in our business operations and decision-making processes. You will also have access to exclusive benefits, such as discounted rates on our projects and investment opportunities.
